All our cold-pressed juices and elixirs are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with non-toxic gel packs to ensure they arrive chilled and fresh at your doorstep.
Are your ingredients organic and locally sourced?
We prioritize sourcing from local organic farms. Each bottle contains 100% natural ingredients with no added sugars, preservatives, or artificial colors.
What is the shelf life of your juices?
Since our products are raw and unpasteurized, they typically have a shelf life of 5 to 7 days when kept refrigerated. Please check the 'Best By' date on each bottle.
Do you offer a subscription service for regular deliveries?
Yes! You can choose our 'Cauldron Club' subscription to receive your favorite blends weekly or bi-weekly and save 15% on every order.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your glass bottles recyclable?
Absolutely. We encourage our customers to recycle or upcycle our glass bottles. In select cities, we also offer a bottle return program for store credit.
